How we are keeping our employees and customers save during covid-19

How Giroud Is Working Safely During Covid-19

What Giroud’s New Safety Protocols Mean to You

Giroud is open. PA Governor Tom Wolf has given Giroud a special exemption to continue our services by maintaining property health and safety and keeping destructive pests and diseases under control. Under his exemption, we have set up additional safety protocols to protect you, our customer, and also our employees both at our office and when they are on your property.

Here are just some of the highlights of how we are working differently until this crisis is behind us.

Social Distancing Sanitize Covid-19
Our front door is locked to keep a safe working environment for our office employees. Pictured to the right is Candace Lee, Customer Service Associate, at one of our office Sanitizer Stations.
  • Your Arborist is still available to evaluate your tree and lawn concerns. He will not be able to meet with you face to face. However, he can call you by phone during your scheduled appointment if you are available. Or, he can call you later to discuss his findings and recommendations.
  • Our crews will continue to complete your tree and lawn services to ensure your property stays healthy and safe. Each crew member will travel to your property in separate vehicles. Similar to your Arborist, they will not be able to meet with you face to face. If you have any questions or concerns about the job, please call our office and we will connect you with your Arborist right away.
  • We have limited staff working at our office. Additionally, some of our staff are working remotely.  If you call our office and get a voicemail, we will return your call promptly.

We will continue to be available for all of your property needs to keep your trees, shrubs and lawn healthy and safe! Please do not hesitate to call us at 215-682-7704. Or, use our Online Contact Form Here.

From our family to yours, we urge you to stay safe and healthy.  We look forward to hearing from you soon!
